Hi! I'm Yelena Kaganovsky, certified High Performance Coach and video queen.
My mission is to empower thought leaders, activists, whistleblowers, non-profits and entrepreneurs, like yourself, to become world-class High Performers and own the power of your voice on video so that you can make the income and impact in your mission, start movements, create positive social changes and legislative changes that are so desperately needed in the world right now. Ironically, I never set out to be a coach, especially on video. For a long time, I struggled believing in myself, feeling good enough, and feeling like what I had to say even mattered. Like most silent sufferers, I didn't feel like a had a voice. My family fled Ukraine and the oppressive Soviet Union and came to the U.S. as political refugees. Like so many leaders who have changed the course of history and paved a way forward, I've always felt a responsibility to make the most of my privileges. When I started creating videos for my business I found the power of my voice. I found my power. I found what I stood for. I found the clarity, direction, and purpose in my life. I look around the world and see so many people struggling, who lost hope, who feel powerless, who feel helpless, and who also feel like they don’t have a voice. I also see so many leaders who have a desire to make an impact, yet hold back from speaking up and taking a stand for themselves and others. I SEE YOU. I FEEL YOU. I STAND WITH YOU. If you want to see a change then it is YOU who has to lead the way.
When you recognize abuse or injustice against one of us, is an abuse and injustice against all of us. Because remember, this isn’t about just about you or me. It’s about those people you have been called to serve who don’t feel like they have a voice. However, sometimes the vision and calling can feel so grand, so big and so overwhelming that it can be easy to get lost in the details – and so you find yourself not starting. Or you might feel like you're drowning, you plateau, you lose passion or you burn out. If this is you, I know exactly how this feels. Because once upon a time this was my story. In a world that demands you to add more value, lead others, and manage competing priorities and complex projects, I realized I had to learn how to become a world class High Performer that allowed me to sustain my success over the long-term AND develop influence on video. I'm sure subconsciously, deep down inside you already know you sometimes limit your vision for the future because you’re already so busy, so stressed, so overextended… You can't make your greatest difference in the world if you're running yourself into the ground or afraid to go to the next level because you're barely surviving this one.
