1. #1 OUTCOME YOU WANT YOUR AUDIENCE TO HAVE IN YOUR VIDEO
Each video needs to have ONE clear and distinct outcome. That means by the end of watching your video they should walk away with one clear takeaway. ONE.
You can share a new belief, a new perspective or a new approach about a given topic that speeds up your audience's desired result faster than they would on their own or challenges conventional wisdom that is out of date or simply wrong.
The #1 OUTCOME also has to be clear, succinct and to the point. If you can’t articulate the #1 OUTCOME in one clear and succinct sentence, most likely this is creating a disconnect with your audience.
The better you’re able to articulate how to think about problems and opportunities that are most important to YOUR AUDIENCE is the key to inspiring them to want to follow you.
EVERYTHING ELSE YOU SHARE OR SAY IN YOUR VIDEO NEEDS TO TIE BACK TO THE #1 OUTCOME
How clear and succinct is your #1 OUTCOME in your video?
How well does your #1 OUTCOME speeds up your audience’s desired result faster than they would on their own?
Your FRAMEWORK is the actual roadmap for your audience to get to the #1 OUTCOME outlined above. It also gives your video a structure so that you don’t send your audience on a wild goose chase. (Your audience will thank you for it!)
This could be a step-by-step process, key bullet points, condense information, lessons, tips or provide Do’s and Don’ts that lead your audience to the #1 OUTCOME.
How well do your steps, bullet points, milestones, lessons or tips lead your audience to the #1 OUTCOME?
Every STORY you share directly ties to the #1 OUTCOME and illustrates how your FRAMEWORK applies to your audience.
Whether you share one STORY that goes through each step or points of your FRAMEWORK or one STORY for each step or key bullet point is up to YOU!
REMEMBER THE EFFECT YOU WANT YOUR AUDIENCE TO FEEL.
Every STORY has to be relevant and engaging that illustrates how your FRAMEWORK applies in the real world and to them.
The story or stories you share could be your personal experience, case study, client testimonials, before/after or research.

4. AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT
The power of video is the ability engage your audience in a two-way conversation. The big mistake people make is they are having a one-sided conversation or monologue.
Asking your audience questions to help them think through or take action for each step or point in your FRAMEWORK shifts the attention and focus on your audience.
Again, the questions you ask or action you ask your audience to take should lead them to the #1 OUTCOME.
What questions or action would make the biggest difference for your audience?
What does your audience need to think through that they may have not otherwise?
What action does your audience need to be challenged to take?
What questions do they still have for you?
THINK OF THE EXPERIENCE YOU WANT YOUR AUDIENCE TO FEEL
How well do you inspire your audience to engage with you, ask them questions or challenge them to take action that will lead them to the #1 OUTCOME?
5. CALL TO ACTION
Last, but certainly not least…your CALL TO ACTION.
This is the next step you want your audience to take that directly ties to the #1 OUTCOME you clearly and succinctly share in the beginning of your video.
What is the next powerful step you want your audience to take action, to think through, to implement or engage with you on a deeper level after watching your video?
How well does your CALL TO ACTION converts to action your audience takes?
The best way to gain mastery is through self-evaluation and the right feedback.
