Have you ever struggled putting your knowledge and expertise to create opt-ins, coaching package or online program because you don’t really know if that’s what people really want to buy?

Or maybe you have you created a coaching program or online program only to hear crickets and you don’t know why?

I know I’ve definitely felt these pains. I spent the first year and a half of my
business struggling figure those very answers. 


Do you ever wonder what it would be like if every time you went to sit down to
create content, coaching program or online course, you knew with absolutely
certainty that whatever you create it’s going to be GOLD and a money making machine!


That’s why I’m so excited to share with you what I WISH I knew when I was first getting started. Check out the 3 most common mistakes and what to do
​instead!
 3 Most Common Mistakes:
1. Generalist vs. Specialist, Trying to be all things to all people (especially when
you’re first getting started in your business)

2. Immediately go into creation mode without thoroughly researching your
market

3. Unclear or don’t know how to talk about what you do in a way that engages and interests your ideal clients
 
3 Powerful Steps To Do Instead:
1. Get clear on your ideal client – Speak to ONE person
What is their #1 struggle or frustration? What keeps them up at night?
What are their deepest desires? What do they really want?
  • Known spoken (what fears and desires do they know and talk about) 
  • Known unspoken (what fears and desires do they know, but don’t talk
  • about)
  • Unknown unspoken (what fears and desires are they unaware of)
 
2. Interview 10 people that are your ideal client
The interviews with your ideal client will help you validate your ideas and
content for your coaching package or online course before you even create it!
Anytime you're in doubt, test it out with your peeps!

Include specific questions about content, format (video, audio, PDF), frequency release of content (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly), pricing, and specific
questions to ensure you are on the right track.

Don't hold back! You get this piece right, and the rest of the process will flow
much more smoothly.

Guidelines:
Interview should be 20-30 minutes max
Prepare 10 specific questions before hand 
Ideal clients ONLY (no friends or family)
* Listen for the Known Spoken, Known Unspoken, and Unknown Unspoken
* Listen for their specific language and descriptions

3. Clear and concise ‘What I do’ Formula
​I help 'X', do 'Y', so that 'Z'
X = Who your ideal client is
Y = How you help them overcome their biggest struggle, challenge, or
frustration

Z = What your ideal client's desired outcome or end game


Your 'What I do' Formula is what you lead with in all your messaging, content,
coaching program or online course otherwise you will confuse your audience.

Remember, the confused buyer never buys. #truestory
