The biggest thing that holds most people back from fully and wholeheartedly pursuing their dreams and highest vision is negative beliefs.
Some of the most common negative beliefs are I’m not good enough, its better to be safe than try something new, I shouldn’t make waves if I want to protect myself, no one is really listening, people never change.
You have to dig deep on the level of the subconscious in order to create meaningful change in your life that no amount of positive affirmations can do alone.
Watch this week's powerful exercise that shifts your beliefs from, "I can’t do this, it’s impossible, I can’t see how," to "I can do this, I see the way, the path is clear."
Step 1: Take 10-15 minutes to write down everything your biggest worries, fears and frustrations.
What do you worry about?
What are you afraid of?
What are your frustrations?
What things spin in your head?
Step 2: Pick 3-5 from your list that are creating 80% of the weight of negative beliefs
Step 3: Reframe negative belief into “How to” Statement
Example: Negative Belief – I will never have enough money. Reframe – How can I generate an immediate, consistent and constant cash flow?
Every morning you wake, read your reframe questions. Anytime you start to feel your worries, fears, frustration, or you spinning your wheels, read these questions.
Your mind is a very powerful. This simple reframe exercise will help you rewire your brain to think on the level of the solution rather than focus on the problem.
