I’m certain you’ve witnessed a situation whether in a line at the store or event, family situation or team meeting where somebody completely loses their cool! They rant and rage until it stops and distracts the attention of everyone around them.
Over the weekend, I experienced a similar situation. A couple stopped an entire seminar of over 100 people and stopped everyone’s training because they threw a tantrum simply over money.

While I understand that bad things happen to good people, the world ISn’t fair, things won’t always go your way, and other people will be difficult.
It’s easy to react from your primal instincts, get angry and throw a tantrum either regretting your actions later or not even considering how it affects the people around you.
My challenge to you this week is to set a higher bar for how you show up, how you react to others and how your take personal responsibility for your words and actions in every day life.
How someone treats you is their karma. How you react is yours.
As a leader, everyone around you is always watching so choose your actions and words wisely…
