As you prepare for the holiday season, it’s easy to get caught up in the shuffle of buying the perfect presents, cooking delicious goodies and preparing for all the festivities.

Take a time out Take some time to reflect how you have been showing up for the people you love most in your daily life.
Check in with yourself if you feel in your heart you can better support your family and friends. Are your actions and priorities aligned with your values?
Go with good enough Let go of control and allow yourself to play, to laugh, to share stories and to bring out your inner child. You’re not fun when you’re wound up like a yoyo! Let your hair down and simply play!
Rather than focusing on everything being prefect, take the time to slow things down and savor the most important people in your life.
