DAILY ENERGIZER EXERCISES

YOU CAN’T BECOME WORLD-CLASS IF YOU’RE RUNNING YOURSELF INTO THE GROUND 

One of the most powerful lessons I've learned in High Performance is that no matter
how much clarity, courage, productivity and influence we have, if we don't have the
ENERGY to get through the day...we're in trouble!

ENERGY = PERFORMANCE ​= NEXT LEVEL INCOME & IMPACT

For you to be able to achieve your next level with your sanity in tact, you have to start
taking care of yourself at a higher level in order for you to be able to perform at a
higher level, take that next level or challenge and risk, chase your dreams more
boldly and endure the challenges that are inevitably going to show up.

A simple way to maximize your mental stamina, your physical vibrancy and your
day is ensuring you have plenty of breaks throughout the day.

Follow along (no more excuses!) 
Every 50-75 minutes, stand up, move and stretch:
  1. 20 arm crosses
  2. 20 arm circles each arm
  3. 40 knee-highs (marching in place)
  4. 20 seconds patting your lower back
  5. ​10 deep breaths while bouncing in place
